What's a page file? How can you set/enable/disable a page file and how to modify it to increase speed!

What is a page file? How large should it be?
The page file is created during the system installation and resides on the hard drive. Page files are measured in megabytes. The size of the page file is based on how much RAM is installed on the computer. By default, XP for example, creates a page file which is 1.5 times the amount of installed RAM and places it on the hard drive where XP is installed. How to set up a page file? Find the answer in this video!

Another way to speed up a computer: instead of adding more RAM to the PC, a solution is to modify the page file, in other words, to increase its virtual memory.
